• Define, mobilize, and drive group projects from Architecture, EBS or Business
  • Manage key interdependencies and complexities closely and ensure these are communicated and understood across the business
  • Champion change and galvanize the business to be a part of the transformation process
  • Manage Project operations
  • Manage scope, schedules, deliverables, communication, and risks while ensuring quality compliance and adherence with methodology and templates as per the EBS PM Methodology and Way of Work
  • Oversee resources supporting projects and strategic support efforts
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are engaged
  • Apply an agile and innovative approach to delivering the required projects
  • Manage scope creep and ensure that all items have approved Change Requests and that they are factored into the project plan
  • Exercise efficient and meticulous change management competencies
  • Ensure that each requirement has an approved budget
  • Optimize the budget to ensure delivery of the project remains within the de ned budget
  • Procurement – Obtain quotes, place orders for equipment/services needed and ensure timeous payment of invoices on projects
  • Facilitate monitoring and budget reporting across projects


  • Degree or Equivalent NQF Level 7 Qualification in Business Management/Project Management
  • 8 years’ experience in project management
  • MS Project and project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA or similar)
  • Project Management methodology (PMBOK/Prince2/Agile)
  • Performance Optimization
  • Customer Expectation Management
  • Planning and scheduling (MS Projects)
  • Risk and Issue assessment and management
  • Change Management for System related Projects
  • Relevant software and systems knowledge
  • Information Technology concepts
  • Understand the Software Development Lifecycle
