SALES SPECIALIST – WESTERN CAPE – CLAREMONT
Requirements
- Investigates, plans, and implements strategies for sales force development
- Sets strategic direction in the sales organization by creating a balanced approach to selling products or services.
- Develops and manages qualified sales force by training, recruiting, motivating, evaluating, and promoting sales professionals.
- Monitors and influences the performance of the sales force using results from sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Current Sales Professional License or current CPR Certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
- Experience with online and physical retail, including e-commerce with a focus on product development and sales; experience in HubSpot a plus.
- Must have proven track record of success with the following skills: prospecting, customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients, identifying opportunities for marketing/advertising, negotiating and closing deals.
