Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support FOH team members, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Ensure all food and beverage products are presented to company standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Handle guest relations and address any service concerns promptly.
- Manage daily reservations and ensure accurate booking entries.
- Oversee cash-ups, handovers, and adherence to financial procedures.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene compliance at all times.
- Monitor stock control and assist with daily counts and orders.
- Uphold Beck Family Hospitality’s Playbook principles: connection, accountability, excellence, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Education: Matric (Hospitality Diploma preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar supervisory role
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities
- High energy, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and support a diverse team
- Basic POS and cash-handling experience
- Able to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment
