Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The Hosts will welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes. Manage a waiting list. Efficiently take and enter reservations on DinePlan. To incorporate the Playbook principles and create authentic curated experiences that elevate connection within the business and create an energised team. Use opportunities to make your best contribution that is deeply valued in a nurturing environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
  • 6 months previous in this role or a year’s experience in a restaurant
  • Good verbal communication in English
  • Product knowledge
  • Customer service and people skills
  • Teamwork Skills
  • High energy
