TEMP BUSINESS ANALYST – GAUTENG – SUNNINGHILL
The role is focused on designing, implementing and supporting business systems and processes throughout their development life cycle. This role encompasses solution design, business analysis, implementation, and post implementation support as well as maintaining the solutions hub.
Requirements
- Designing, implementing and supporting business systems and processes throughout the development life cycle
- Adheres to strict guidelines regarding acceptable use of the equipment (e.g., restricted use of the access information, procedures for use of test equipment, and security measures)
- Ensures policies and procedures are followed
- Ensures all existing and new requirements are understood and expressed in a customer-driven, collaborative manner
- Gathers requirements from stakeholders, documents them in a way that meets the customer’s needs and business processes and ensures they are fully understood by others
- Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, suppliers, and others within the organization to align and integrate information across diverse groups and departments
- Works with the project teams and product owners to develop, document, and implement quality requirements, and to track and manage test results and customer feedback
- Uses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom work flow
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical/analytical role with the ability to work independently and within teams
- At least one year of previous project management and reporting experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL Server/SQL server reporting preferred
