* Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, supplier details, and payment transactions.
* Monitor reservation status, payment terms, and deadlines, and communicate updates effectively.
* Collaborate closely with a small team to ensure efficient and effective tour operations.
Qualifications:
* Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
* Relevant travel qualifications (e.g., diploma, certificate).
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar tour/travel administration role.
* Proven ability to maintain accurate records related to clients, bookings, suppliers, and payments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
* Strong customer service skills.
