SERVICE MANAGER – KNYSNA – WESTERN CAPE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and prompt service to create an exceptional guest experience.
  • Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that manuals, SOPs, and logs are consistently updated and effectively implemented.
  • As a Restaurant Supervisor, oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • This includes training and supervising staff, maintaining strict compliance with food health and safety regulations, and promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant Hospitality diploma / experience
  • Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel sector
  • Familiar with the duties and procedures of the restaurant
