Purpose of the Job:

To provide IT support and systems support to various applications.

 

Job Requirements:

  • NQF 6 qualification in respective field
  • 2 – 3 years IT experience
  • Detailed understanding of IT systems
  • Experience with multiple business systems outside of ERP, such as mining or plant processing will

be beneficial

  • Experience in databases and detailed understanding of tables structures.

 

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Intranet updates – content management and basic maintenance.
  • SharePoint administration and management.
  • Data analytics support.
  • Service desk support.
  • Attend to systems queries.
  • Assist with development of dashboards in Power BI.
