GARDEN & GROUNDS SUPERVISOR – 5 STAR HOTEL – CAMPS BAY

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for the garden and grounds team, ensuring that all staff understand their duties. You will be tasked with equipping staff with the tools and equipment they need to perform their duties while assisting facilities and horticulturalists. It is essential to have a “lead by example” attitude.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level
  • 1 year of previous experience in the same or similar position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
