RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position oversees FOH admin operations, beverage stock, pricing, cost control, and menu management. Responsibilities include system administration (EMC, Micros Simphony), HR onboarding, assisting in training front-of-house managers in admin duties, project management, and maintaining SOPs. Strong computer literacy, communication, multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • 4 years previous experience in a Front of House Management Role or F&B Role
