Requirements:

An all-rounder who is able to manage the FoH and BoH to drive the company’s standards
Ensure optimum achievement and retention of guests.
Providing a memorable experience to all our guests.
Stock and staff Management and the ability to show leadership to the team to optimize and drive revenue.
Must have at least two years’ experience working in the hospitality trade with Senior Management experience.
