ASSISTANT MANAGER: HINO SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE PLAN ADMINISTRATION – JOHANNESBURG – GAUTENG
A vacancy exists in the Hino Division and is based in Johannesburg. This position reports to the Manager: Hino Customer & Dealer Technical Support and will focus on the Service / Maintenance plan schedules.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Monitoring of Parts Pricing
- Monitoring the synchronization of all Service / Maintenance Plans and Warranty Calculators
- Creating Service & Maintenance schedules
- Maintaining the information on the service / maintenance costing schedules
- Effective monitoring and reporting of cost
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic
- NQF Level 5 (240 credits – level 8 framework) qualification in related field
- 5 Years Hino Technician working experience
- Code 08 Driver’s license
- Computer Literacy (MS Office – Advanced)
- Electronic Parts Catalogue (Multicat)
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
