• Locate and add contact information to leads on behalf of account managers (AMs).
• Prepare and organize datasets from lead sources (e.g., SIC, 3P lead generation
companies) and verify quality and relevance.
• Upload validated leads into CRM systems where applicable.
• Support account managers by auditing, cleaning, and validating large volumes of data.
• Work independently within an outcome-based project framework.
Key Responsibilities – Selection
• Structure datasets to help account managers identify seller growth opportunities (e.g.,
selection gaps).
• Share relevant information directly with unmanaged sellers.
• Identify high priority leads to support the launch of new product categories for
recruitment teams.
Requirements / Skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative support, sales operations, data
operations, or commercial support roles.
• Strong experience working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• High attention to detail and ability to audit, clean, and validate large volumes of data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.
