ERP SPECIALIST DISTRIBUTION – SANTON – JOHANNESBURG Full Time

Purpose of the Job:

To manage and improve the ERP system (Oracle Fusion) and provide procurement systems (Coupa) support across multiple company operations.

Job Requirements:

• NQF 7 qualification in respective field.
• Formal training in the Oracle Fusion.
• Coupa systems administration experience will be highly advantageous.
• Project management qualifications will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of JDE distribution module will be beneficial.
• 3 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion SCM usage and implementations.
• 2 years’ experience in Coupa administration.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support the respective module while building and guarding a common template.
• Responsible to maintain close contact with each individual operation to the meet requirements.
• Responsible to improve the overall performance of SCM in ERP and Procurement systems.
• Manage interfaces related to Oracle Fusion and Coupa.
• Conduct training for users and super users, and update training Material.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives.
• Work with a small external support team on third tier support.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong analytical skills
• Detailed understanding of, and excellent experience in Supply Chain Management and its

processes.

• Experience in business process mapping for ERP systems.
• Experience with multiple business systems outside of ERP, such as mining or plant processing will be beneficial.
• Experience in databases and detailed understanding of tables structures.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Strong inter-personal communication and negotiation skills.
