SALES CONSULTANT – CAPE TOWN – WESTERN CAPE Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Sell approved products and services telephonically to potential customers
• Achieve and consistently exceed set sales targets
• Adhere to all Quality Assurance and Compliance processes to minimize business risk
• Ensure all sales interactions align with company standards and customer experience expectations
• Maintain optimal operational efficiency based on productivity measures
• Adapt to changing business requirements, campaigns, and operational needs
• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay updated with product knowledge, campaign updates, and training material
• Continuously develop industry knowledge through self-learning
• Work within structured call centre scripts and processes

Qualification & experience 

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an outbound sales call centre environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Knowledge and skills 

• Strong understanding of outbound call centre operations and sales processes
• Knowledge of customer service principles within a sales environment
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
• Fluency in English and at least one other South African official language
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Fully computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems advantageous)
• Willingness to work overtime to achieve targets
