SPA MANAGER – CAMPS BAY – WESTERN CAPE Full Time
Who We’re looking for:
Our client is looking for a Spa Manager to lead their experienced and dynamic team.
Do you have a passion for hospitality and a knack for leadership?
Are you an extroverted, eloquent professional who excels in a fast-paced environment?
What is required:
A wellness spa manager’s role is/but not limited to overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance and needs to have a passion for wellness.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Somatology (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC advantageous).
- Spa Management Diploma.
- Business Management/ Administration Diploma advantageous.
- Minimum 7 years in the Spa/beauty industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience.
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
- Opera Cloud and ESP systems knowledge – advantageous.
