SALES SYSTEM MANAGER – CAMPS BAY – WESTERN CAPE Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Management:

• Oversee automation platforms.
• Monitor and check for fault notifications and potential updates to automations.
• Manage and update automation for bookings into Zoho CRM.
• Monitor and fault-find integrations with Zapier.

Database Management:

• Import and automate various databases.
• Ensure CRM WhatsApp and email automation workflows handle communication for all departments.
• Manage CRM mailer database and segmentation and monitor webhooks and workflows handling client communication.
• Track purchases and manage automation through CRM platforms.
• Maintain automation of WordPress portals and membership card renewals.
• Train team members on CRM, reporting, and productivity dashboards.

System Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Continuously monitor and update automation processes with roll out of new projects.
• Maintain and update dashboards for live views on revenue and performance.
• Assist with fault finding, new form implementation, and back-end support for leads generation and segmentation.
