ELECTRIC SUPERVISOR – KATHU – NORTHERN CAPE Full Time

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT
LIMITED TO:
To drive and ensure the optimum availability, reliability,
productivity and safety of plant and equipment from an
electrical perspective through their team, which includes but
not limited to:
• Maintenance supervision
• Contractor management
• Budget and cost control
• People supervision and leadership
• Continuous improvement
• SHERQ adherence and compliance (in own area of work)
• Work ethics

QUALIFICATIONS
(Essential unless otherwise indicated)
• Grade 12
• Trade Test (Electrical)
• Engineering National Certificate N3 in Engineering Studies
• First Line Supervision certificate/qualification (NQF 4 – 150credits)

EXPERIENCE
(Essential unless otherwise indicated)
• Minimum of four (4) years operational Mining /
Maintenance environment experience
• Minimum of three (3) years Team / Project leader /Supervisory experience
