Product Knowledge

• Public Relations responsibilities
• To implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts
• Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives

• Marketing of any events hosted at client property
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data

Digital Marketing
• SEM: Manage Google Ads, Analytics, Push Marketing and Sales Programs
• Content: Develop and maintain content across digital channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing
• Ensure quality content produced for the digital channels
• SEO: Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Web Development: Advise, collaborate and manage web development team
• Ensure all property and client websites are brand appropriate, well maintained, regularly updated and continually evaluated in order to ensure efficient navigation, online booking and optimal online marketing
• Ensure all property and client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Tiktok) are brand appropriate, well maintained, regularly updated and continually evaluated in order to ensure efficient navigation, online booking and optimal online marketing
• Ensure all posts, photos, text, stories, highlights, bios etc. align with company vision and image
• Influencer marketing
• Email Marketing: Build and send out mailers in CRM system projects
• Reporting and Analytics: Utilize Google DataStudio for performance reports
• Create and document the digital marketing processes (including SOPs, Templates, FAQs)
Content
• Ensure that story telling is correctly applied on all digital touch points managed and adherence to group branding
• Monitor the groups online reputation
• Ensure appropriate content developed and maintained for all digital channels
• Manage the contract photographer, inhouse graphic designer and other resources in order to ensure brand and campaign appropriate content is developed
• Structured storing of images in library
• Release forms for all third party content i.e. models & photographers
• Give clear brief on content for design of posters and advertisements for use in local, international, and digital press
• Ensure quality of the above according to brand principles
Hotels
• Establish and maintain the annual events calendar for the hotel.
• Oversee guest reviews according to protocol to ensure online reputation management
• Social Media custodian for the client Brand
• Conduct hotel site inspections from time to time for production companies
• You will be expected to be present during key times for events/functions.
